Scheduled
We will be replacing the TLS certificates on the Slough Edge to improve compatibility due to some issues that have been experienced historically with the use of wildcard TLS certificates.

We do not encourage certificate-pinning but customers expecting a specific certificate will see it change. For this reason, we have staggered this change, and the London and Manchester sites will be changed later next week.

There will be a brief period (a number of seconds) where the Slough site may not respond to INVITEs, in preparation for this DNS will be pointed to the London site and the Slough site will be removed from SRV ensuring that customers configured as per our Interop Guide to use FQDNs for outbound calling will experience no interruption.

As with all changes of this nature, the service is Slough should be considered AT RISK during this time.
