These changes have been made and we're now seeing the majority of outbound traffic flowing over the new stack without issue. Our engineers will continue to monitor this closely for the next few hours and are on hand to respond to tickets if you experience any issues.

We're pleased to announce however that everything has gone according to plan, and no customers have raised support tickets. Many thanks again to all those who helped test this whilst it was in beta, and who validated their configurations in advance of today's change.

Effective from 2000 on Friday December 15th 2017 the DNS for hostnames used for outbound termination will be amended to point to our new stack, which has been in open beta for the past six months.

Please ensure that all IP addresses listed in our interop information - - are allowed by your platform.

We are aware that many customers have been using the "beta" endpoints for production traffic for many months, and the hostnames you are using (those containing "beta") will continue to be available until Wednesday 31st January 2018, however we ask that you update your configuration to use the primary hostnames any time after Friday December 15th 2017.

The current voice stack will be retired and, in the unlikely event you experience any issues with the new stack, we have provided temporary hostnames that will continue to send traffic to the legacy, deprecated, stack until Wednesday 31st January 2018. Details can be found here

We are confident that you should experience no issues as a result of this change but in the unlikely event you do, please see the articles above, and contact the Operations Desk who will be happy to assist.

Thank you very much to those of you who have engaged with this process and worked with us on this, we’re very excited to be bringing this live.
