We are undertaking scheduled maintenance to perform an essential upgrade to one of our Slough SS7 switches on Wednesday 14th August.

Calls will be rerouted during this time and we do not anticipate any impact to service, although there will be a reduction in inbound capacity during this work as some links are taken out of service, for this reason the works have been scheduled out of hours when traffic levels are lower.

This is one of multiple upgrades taking place which have been staggered to ensure minimum disruption in the event of any complications.
