On the 7th of August 2015 BT will be carrying out maintenance on their Bixbite exchange, they have advised that there will be a 3 hour outage inside of an 8 hour window.

We are issuing an At Risk Notification as we will be operating with reduced resiliency and capacity during the 3 hour outage.

Simwood operate resilient SS7 links into multiple BT exchanges as well as other carriers and we do not anticipate any noticeable side-effects for our customers while this work is taking place.
