As part of planned maintenance, we will be upgrading one of our SS7 switches in Slough on the 21st February from 2000 UTC. This time has been selected to minimise any potential disruption due to the brief reduction in capacity this will cause as the switch must be restarted to complete these works.

This is an AT RISK notification only, as it temporarily reduces our headroom in the Slough site. Calls will be routed away from the affected switch in advance of the upgrade works and this will not affect the ability to place or receive calls.
