New Voice Stack Live - Inbound
Scheduled Maintenance Report for Simwood
Completed
This maintenance has been completed without incident and all inbound traffic is now routing over our new stack. Thank you again to all the customers who helped beta-test this over the last six months.

If you experience any issues with inbound calls please see our interop information at https://support.simwood.com/hc/en-us/articles/115008835528-Outbound-SIP in the first instance and ensure that all IP addresses and ranges detailed there are allowed through your firewalls and any ACLs you may have.

Scheduled
Effective from 2000 on Sunday December 17th 2017 inbound voice traffic will start to reach you via the new stack. It is imperative that your platform is configured as per the Inbound Interop Information - https://support.simwood.com/hc/en-us/articles/115008681607 - and that all IP addresses contained therein are allowed through any firewalls or ACLs you have in place.

Prior to Sunday, you can test the new inbound call handling by setting the "beta inbound" flag with the API or Portal on a per-number basis. If you haven't already done so, we urge you to use this to test prior to Sunday 17th December.

We are confident that you should experience no issues as a result of this change but in the unlikely event you do, please see the article above, and contact the Operations Desk who will be happy to assist.

Thank you very much to those of you who have engaged with this process and worked with us on this, we’re very excited to be bringing this live.
