We are undertaking upgrades of our Redis database cluster on Sunday morning between 0900 and 1200. This time was selected to minimise the risk of disruption.

Whilst we are confident this will not affect production traffic, it may impact the portal and API briefly, such as traffic statistics and some limits (e.g. concurrent calls) may not be enforced for a small period during the upgrade works.

Throughout the planned works we will update this status page as appropriate and tickets will be monitored.
