Due to scheduled maintenance by a third party you will be unable to use the online Top-Up for several hours on the evening of Sunday 21st August.

Additionally it will not be possible to download PDF Invoices via the portal or API during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but, as this is due to third party maintenance, it is entirely outwith our control. Please ensure that your prepay balance is sufficient for any traffic anticipated.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind customers that the card top-up option within the portal is intended for occasional emergency use, and our preferred payment method is BACS.
